· Meet manufacturer and dealership standards, and customer satisfaction targets.

About You
To be considered as a Senior Sales Executive, you will need:
· A minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience in motor retail, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
· Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products and trade-in valuation.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Experience of using a dealership CRM/Lead Management System and a disciplined approach to follow-up.
· The ability to work independently and support the wider team.
· CoA genuine commitment to customer experience.
