The Online Service Booking Platform administered by Mazda Motor Ireland. Mazda offers Users the possibility to book online an appointment at George Corbett Mazda (“George Corbett Mazda”), Mazda Authorised Repairer ("Repairer") for vehicle maintenance and/or repair.
The Online Service Booking is based on these terms of use and offered on a cost free basis.
Whereas requested vehicle maintenance and repair will be performed by the selected Repairer against payment. Based on the workshop agreement between Repairer and User the service fee will be paid directly to the selected Repairer.
Users are obliged to transmit accurate and true information, in particular relating to contact information (name, email address, telephone number) necessary for their identification in order to manage properly the service appointment.
Please note that the service fee and parts prices are only cost estimates and should not be interpreted as a fixed price commitment.
The exact service fee including parts prices of the requested services will be provided on the day of the appointment by George Corbett Mazda after the vehicle has been inspected. The price depends also on additional services or changes to the requested service.
Appointments can be booked on the days and times available as offered on the Online Calendar.
George Corbett Mazda provides the dates and time slots for the Online Service Booking. Mazda cannot materially verify the accuracy of the offered time slot provided by George Corbett Mazda.
George Corbett Mazda will endeavor to keep available time slots as accurate as possible. When a time slot is selected, the system shows it as blocked to other users.
The appointment will be confirmed by Email after the Online Service Booking has been finalized.
The appointment date, requested service and related prices will be sent to George Corbett Mazda.
The user accepts and acknowledges that the online appointment is not guaranteed and that Mazda does not guarantee the effectiveness of the Online Service Booking.
In case of User’s unavailability for the selected appointment ( date and/or time), the User must cancel the booking appointment by clicking on the cancellation button in the confirmation email received), or by calling George Corbett Mazda.
The User can cancel the appointment during the indicate period of time as set forth by George Corbett Mazda. To do this, the User must notify George Corbett Mazda.
In case the User arrives late for the appointment, George Corbett Mazda reserve the right to cancel the appointment. The User has no right to claim for compensation.
In the event of unavailability by George Corbett Mazda, the latter will contact the user directly to arrange a new appointment at the most convenient day and time.
While your vehicle is being serviced or repaired, the User may select the option to request a courtesy car or another option for mobility. The request needs to be confirmed by George Corbett Mazda. George Corbett Mazda will use its best efforts to provide you with a mobility solution.
In order to avoid any malicious use, Mazda reservices the right to cancel an online service booking event, in particular, but not limited to , if contact details provided by the User are false or if the same User books several appointment without make use of them.
Entering the VIN or license plate will allow Mazda to identify the model of your vehicle to provide you with an estimated cost for the service and related parts.
User contact details are needed for identification to manage properly the service appointment.
User contact details, vehicle information and requested services will be processed by Mazda and shared with George Corbett Mazda.

Mazda offers an Online Service Booking portal which provides the User a cost estimate for selected service with the possibility to book online appointment at George Corbett Mazda who shall carry out a professional maintenance or repair. (Search and contact)
Mazda makes no guarantee nor accept any liability for the cost estimate, the service appointment or for the maintenance or repair service performed by George Corbett Mazda. George Corbett Mazda is responsible for correct appointment scheduling, for the offered prices ( service & parts) and work performed.
Mazda is furthermore not liable for the consequences of cancelling the appointment.
As Mazda cannot materially verify the accuracy of the information provided by George Corbett Mazda, the User accepts that Mazda will not be held responsible if the User cannot benefit from the services of George Corbett Mazda.
Furthermore the User acknowledges and accepts that Mazda will not be held responsible for any modification or cancellation of the appointment, if George Corbett Mazda is closed, or even in case of refusal of service, or for any other reason.
Mazda has the right to add or remove at any time and without prior notice, provisionally or permanently, all or part of the services offered on Online Service Booking Platform, without the foregoing giving rise to any claim or compensation of any kind.
Mazda reserve the right to modify these terms of Use at any time.
In the event that a provision of these terms of use is null, illegal, unenforceable or not applicable in any way, the validity, legality or application of the other provisions of these general conditions will not be affected or altered in any way, remaining in vigor and maintaining full and complete effectiveness.
MAZDA may, where appropriate, proceed to draft a new clause that has the effect of restoring the common will of the parties expressed in the initial clause, and this, in accordance with current legislation that is applicable to these general conditions.
These Terms of Use are governed under Irish Law.
